The Canadian Macromolecular Crystallography Facility (CMCF) is pleased to announce an intensive 5-day hands-on synchrotron data collection school at the Canadian Light Source. Participants will attend a series of lectures and be actively engaged in macromolecular crystallography (Mx) data collection at CMCF beamlines. Completing the school enables participants to make effective use of the beamlines remotely and better equips participants to collect diffraction data on-site. This year’s invited speaker is Dr. Jeffrey Lee from the University of Toronto who will guide participants through the process of structure solution. Given enough interest, an optional crystallography review will be offered on Sunday, June 4. Attendance is limited and successful applicants will be notified shortly after the application deadline (April 4.)
